Level 01 - BPM PRACTITIONER MENTOR

Level 02 - CPM PROFESSIONAL MENTOR
From your own mentoring models, learn how to practice the discipline professionally in individual and group sessions, using the processes and dynamics recommended by the RGM community to validate your actions from now on.
Level 03 - CXPM EXPERT MENTOR
Learn and develop, in this certification level, your personal image, value proposition, and value map based on your lived experiences. To become an International Expert Mentor, it is essential to position yourself in the consumer's mind as such.
Level 04 - CMM MASTER MENTOR
While each Mentor can be an expert in all areas where they have gained experiences, a Mentor is always valued for not ignoring the other specialties of their colleagues. We consider such a Mentor as a Master.
