La RGM operates as a DAO. What is a DAO?

A DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is an organization that operates without a leader deciding the organization's direction. Instead, the leader executes the will of its members, who express themselves through surveys and votes recorded in smart contracts on a technology foundation called Blockchain. Each member casts their vote, and it is weighted by a number known as a "Token," representing the level of involvement that the member has in the organization.

An "Ecosystem of Companies," many of them technology-based, provides products and services to the global market using the certified member content of the RGM as "Raw Material." This allows Mentors to monetize their content while generating royalties for the community's operation.

Certification Platform

This VIRTUAL PLATFORM allows mentors who are members of the GMN to find all the necessary materials (MANUALS, BOOKS, WORKBOOKS, etc.) as well as the EXAMS that allow them to ascend in the hierarchy as MENTOR PROFESSIONALS. This platform incorporates technology to subtitle and dub its content into different languages, as well as to correct exams and generate credentials in DNFT.

This VIRTUAL PLATFORM allows mentors who are members of the GMN to sell their ASYNCHRONOUS COURSES and thereby generate economic income. It is a company based in the USA whose function is to create, develop, and manage the outsourcing of services in "Productive Units" that sustain the economic and financial viability of the Organization sustainably. This allows RGM to focus solely on its main purpose, which is to expand the quantity and quality of community members.

This company operates as a business incubator with the mission of financially sustaining the Organization, ensuring its existence without the need for government subsidies or sponsorship from private companies.
